A test automation consultant builds the framework and the suites that check a product on every release without a person clicking through it. Paul Rahme has built those frameworks for Shasha Media at Eurisko, and for Visit Saudi for the Saudi Tourism Authority as Eurisko's QA engineer on the PwC-managed Visit Saudi programme. What a test automation consultant delivers

A framework the team can keep, not a pile of scripts. That means five rules. Page objects, so a change in the UI is fixed in one place. Signal-based waits, never fixed sleeps. Isolated test data, so suites run in parallel and in any order. Tags, so a pull request runs the ten tests that matter while the nightly run takes everything. Reporting that tells an engineer what broke, and where, on one screen. The suites run in your CI, on every change, and block a release when a critical path fails.

From scripted suites to a pipeline that writes its own tests

The scripted framework is the foundation, and for many teams it is enough. When the product changes faster than people can write and repair tests, the next step is the pipeline built at the marina-software client. Questions about hiring a test automation consultant

Playwright or Cypress?

Playwright for most new web frameworks: it runs across browsers, handles multiple tabs and origins, and its waits are signal-based by default. Cypress when the team already knows it and the product is a single-origin web app. WebdriverIO when a team has it and it works. The tool matters less than the rules the framework enforces.

Can you fix a flaky suite we already have?

Yes, and it is usually the fastest win. Flakiness has a short list of causes: fixed waits, shared test data, order dependence, and tests that assert on timing. The suite is read as it runs, the causes are fixed at the framework level, and the tests nobody trusts are either repaired or deleted with a written reason.

Do we need a QA team for this to work?

You need someone who owns quality, whether that is a QA engineer or the developers themselves. The framework and CI do the running; a person still decides what a red build means for a release. Where a team has no one, the AI pipeline takes over generation and maintenance, and the judgment still lands with a person.

How does this relate to the AI test automation system?
