THE OPERATOR

Paul Rahme: AI automation consultant and engineer.

Paul Rahme is an AI automation consultant and engineer, and the founder of Aldenebai, with a senior QA-automation and full-stack background. Since 2020 he has worked on how software breaks: QA automation at Eurisko, including Visit Saudi for the Saudi Tourism Authority as Eurisko's QA engineer on the PwC-managed Visit Saudi programme, and the Invest Kenya web platform for McKinsey. Since October 2025 he has built autonomous AI systems that do whole jobs in production at a US marina-software company, and he tests them before anyone else has to. The person who maps your grind is the person who builds the machine.

WHY ALDENEBAI EXISTS

I engineer with AI. I don't just use it.

The pattern in everything I build is the same: take work that used to need a whole person or a whole team, and hand it to a system that does it quietly, around the clock. That frees engineers to focus on judgment and product, and lets small teams move like much bigger ones.

Before AI, I spent years building and running automated testing at scale: end-to-end frameworks in Cypress, Playwright, WebdriverIO, and Selenium, across web, TV, and mobile, for a bank, a national tourism platform, a media streaming service, and a pharmacy. That is the foundation. When a system I build promises to resolve a ticket or open a pull request, it arrives with the tests that prove it.

Today the systems run in production at a US marina-management software company, on its marina-management software: an agent that resolves about six in ten support tickets on its own (rounded from production data, 2025–2026), a pipeline that removed most of the manual QA cycle, and a dev agent that turns tickets into review-ready pull requests. Aldenebai is where that work becomes available to other companies.

HOW I WORK

Guardrails first. Autonomy second.

Map before build. Every engagement starts with the written Automation Map, ranked by return and risk.
Fixed scope, fixed price. What the system does, its guardrails, timeline, and price agreed before any build.
Human on the irreversible. Low-risk, high-volume runs alone. Merges, refunds, and account changes keep a person on the button.
Tests included. A QA engineer built it; it ships with its own coverage.
Your infrastructure. Your accounts, your repositories, your access controls. You keep the keys.
The honest "not yet". Where a system would underperform, the map says so before you spend anything.

THE ENGAGEMENT

What does an AI automation consultant do on an engagement?

Four steps, the same on every engagement, whether the outcome is an AI system, an automated workflow, or a platform.

01

Audit

A free 30-minute call maps the repetitive work in your company live: inputs, outputs, edge cases, and the guardrails each job would need.

02

Map

Within 48 hours you receive the written Automation Map: every job ranked by return and risk, with the honest "not yet" column. Yours to keep, with or without Aldenebai.

03

Pilot

If it is a fit, a fixed-scope, fixed-price proposal for the first system, run as a pilot on a slice of real traffic with its monitoring and tests, and a target named before it starts.

04

Handover or operate

The system goes live in your repositories and accounts with a runbook and tests. You run it, or Aldenebai operates it with a named response time. Kill switch and ownership are yours either way.

Questions about working with Paul

Is Paul available for new engagements while contracted at the marina-software client?

Yes. The marina-software client is a contract engagement, and the systems described on this site were built under it. Aldenebai is how Paul Rahme takes on other companies. Every proposal names its timeline in writing; if the scope does not fit the calendar, the proposal says so before you commit anything.

Does Paul do web and app development as well as AI automation?

Yes. Web platforms, mobile apps, inventory systems, and custom portals are built end to end, tested with the same automated regression suites used on the AI systems, and handed over with an admin your team can run without a developer. See what gets built.

Who does the work: Paul, or a team?

Paul Rahme leads every engagement from the audit call to sign-off, with a team ready behind him for capacity. There are no account managers and no anonymous bench: the person who scoped your system reviews and tests it, and everything lands in your repositories under your review.

The call is with the engineer, not a salesperson.

Thirty minutes with the person who builds these systems. You leave with a written map of what to automate first. Free, and yours to keep either way.
